Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You receive a wrong product
  • The product is defective or leaking

Important:
You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Proof (Mandatory)

To process any return or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or opened products
  • Fragrance preference not matching expectations

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
